Rotary pipe cutter and digital pipe bender

Battery-Based and electric rotary pipe cutter
The rotary pipe cutter is a powerful and precise machine to achieve a perpendicular and burr-free cut in a few seconds on stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metal and plastic pipes. The cutting capacity is 1/4”-4” gas and thickness 1mm-6mm for every cutting need. The advantages are: the simple and fast tightening adjustment for changing the diameter, the self-centring vice with anti-deformation system, the rapid adjustment of the cutting size, the reduced maintenance, the automatic increase in cutting depth and the rotating and foldable handle. The supplied brackets allow fixing to a workbench or a stand for optimal cutting. The tool can be detached into two parts so that it can be easily transported to construction sites or in workshops. The steel body and the aluminium base contain a 1700W/230V/50Hz variable speed motor for the electric version or a 18V/8Ah brushless variable speed battery-powered motor for the battery-based version. The blade diameter is 80mm and the overall weight is approximately 65kg.

Digital pipe bender
The powerful, single phase, digital, semiautomatic and electromechanical UNI60-A1DE to bend small and medium sized metal pipes up to 180°. The constant radii do not deform the bent pipes even if they are bent by cold winding. It is supplied with a built-in touchscreen control panel with multilanguage microprocessor to control the angle. The storing capacity is up to 50 programs and 9 sequential bending angles for each program. It can be equipped with some optional items like the wheeled base with storage cabinet, the moving plane of bend to perform serial bends by the hand setting spindle and the small shaft to perform radii under 30mm on small sized tubes. Sizes: length 580mm, width 210mm, height 410mm. Weight 60kg.
