Pipe cold beveling machines by GBC can be used in workshops as well as on site and on all kind of material (carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, inconel, etc.). Our range of pipe beveling machines starts from ½” (12,4 mm) up to 40″ (1016 mm) and can be used to produce all the weld preparations (V-prep, J-prep and internal counterboring). Pipe cutting machines by GBC are suitable for pipe cutting and beveling both in workshops as well as in arduous conditions. Our pipe cutting machine range starts from 1” up to 100” and can be used on any material (carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, inconel, etc.). The variety of models offers to the customer the best solution for the multiple fields of application. GBC designs and produces standard and customized tools so as not to have limits of thickness or geometry. Plate beveling machines by GBC can bevel plates of any material (carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, inconel, etc.). Depending on the models, our plate beveling machines can: lock plates from 6 to 120 mm thickness; reach a bevel diagonal up to 80 mm; do the J bevel, do the facing and the clad removal.
Grinding machines by GBC can be used for back gouging of vessels or flat plates. The use of our grinding machines ensures optimal processing and a considerable time save.
Flange facing machines by GBC can work on flanges that have diameters between 645 and 1778 mm.
Stationary machines by GBC are ideal for in-workshop application, allowing the end user to have its own fixed workstation. Depending on the models, GBC stationary machines can bevel pipes from 1″ 1/2 (33 mm) to 20″ (508 mm) or cut & bevel pipes from 12″ to 24″ (304,8 – 609,6 mm).
