Digital Industries World is the association that brings together multidisciplinary institutions, including leading companies in the industrial sector and top research institutes, with the goal of accelerating the digital transformation of industry. As the main global community promoting digitalized industry, it enhances knowledge on industrial digitalization and innovation through targeted initiatives and projects.

“The Power of Many” is the concept that best expresses the mindset behind the ecosystem of member companies. Active in all industrialized countries, the Association counts around 170 members worldwide, with 40 based in Italy.

An ecosystem that could not miss a sector-specific event like Lamiera, alongside various OEM brands that are part of the Association. During the exhibition, the Digital Industries World community, a spokesperson for a constantly evolving market, will offer visitors the chance to explore the key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of industry—particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital twin technologies, and cybersecurity: all crucial topics for the global market in the coming years. On the topic of digital and operational security, Digital Industries World will also present its guide: “Secured Machines: no longer safe without cybersecurity,” written by the Association’s industry experts. The publication offers an industrial and structured approach to cybersecurity, aimed at all machinery companies navigating these new challenges—especially in light of the recent enforcement of the EU NIS2 directive.
