Integrated technologies for sheet metal processing

At Lamiera 2025, Tecnorobot will present a selection of robotic solutions designed to increase efficiency and flexibility across all key stages of sheet metal processing: automation, handling, welding, and cutting.

The exhibition space is divided into three thematic areas. For MIG welding, Tecnorobot will showcase the MARTE1, GIOVE, and URANO systems from the TR READY range—standardized yet high-performance solutions designed to ensure fast execution, consistent quality, and repeatability of results. The goal is clear: reduce downtime, simplify line integration, and improve production efficiency.

In the laser welding area, a robot equipped with a powder deposition head will take center stage, along with manual welders from the TRQUBO series. These technologies offer maximum precision and operational versatility, ideal for complex processing and high-end finishing needs.

A third area will be dedicated to collaborative robotics. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience cobots designed to assist operators in production environments, optimizing safety, human-machine interaction, and overall productivity.

All solutions are prepared for Industry 4.0 interconnection, thanks to the ready-to-use module developed with Sisthema, enabling direct connection between robotic systems and the Panthera management software via web services technology. A concrete proposal to make production flows more integrated.
